Send care episodes to mobile workers for scheduled appointments detailing care required together with demographics and any previous relevant history. The app is fully featured and seamlessly integrates with the globally acclaimed Smart Care system.

Smart Care M uses push notifications to send incidents and records collected within the Smart Care HIPAA compliant EHR. Smart Care M can receive scheduled appointments, add notes, map a journey and log mobile statuses.

All the information captured is stored off the device in a high security, cloud based silo that is unique to each organization to be ready for search, review and reporting by your authorized and profiled users.
